AGC - Automatic Gain Control
This command selects/reports the setting of automatic gain control.
Command form: DEVICE AGC [Value]

Value 0 = Off, 1 = On, 2 = Toggle, Null to query in text
Example: #74 AGC 1 M 0 On XAP 400 unit 4 (#74), the automatic gain control
(AGC) on mic (M) channel 1 is set to off (0).
AGCSET - Automatic Gain Control Adjust
This command selects/reports the settings of the AGC on the input channels.

Example: #75 AGCSET 1 M -10 4 .5 18 On XAP 400 device 5 (#55) the
automatic gain control (AGCSET) for mic (M) channel 1 (1) is set to have a
threshold of -10dB rms, a target of 4dB rms, a response time of 500ms (.5), and a
maximum gain of 18dB.
