Shape aligned with the reference to the gridlines
To add similar shape below the oval shape, you can copy the shape by pressing ‘Control + C’ on your keyboard and
paste the shape by pressing ‘Control + V’ on your keyboard

To place shape in flipped position, select the shape and use the ‘Flip Vertical’ option
in ‘Rotate Objects’ tab.

Now place the shape at the bottom of the shape or any other place according to your design.
