Upload the Calibration File
Setting up the Transducer Interface
Upload the Calibration File
A unique calibration file was loaded into the TI memory by MTS before the
transducer and transducer interface were shipped. Use the program TI2XFER to
retrieve the calibration file.
1. Connect a USB cable from the laptop computer or PC to the TI.
Note Ensure the proper USB 2.0 drivers are installed on the laptop or PC.

, “USB Driver Installation,” on page 48, as necessary
2. Insert the SWIFT Transducer Interface Utilities CD or diskette into the
laptop computer or PC.
3. Run the program TI2XFER.
4. Enter 1 at the prompt to upload the calibration file. (See the illustration
below.)
5. Enter a file name.
6. Enter a description of the file.
You may enter the serial number of the transducer or descriptive words to
help you identify the correct calibration file.
7. TI2XFER will prompt you when the file has uploaded.
8. Enter 0 at the prompt to exit the program.
