Establish the environment, based on the following scenario.

Some stations are not supporting the 802.1X function.
·
Change and distribute the WEP key in 10 minutes.
·
Use EAP-TLS as the authentication type.
·
Make reauthentication when distributing the WEP key.
·
Set the WEP key in 13 bytes.
·
The CA has already been prepared.

The RADIUS has already been prepared.
