Basic Settings
Specify the address settings in order to use this machine in a TCP/IP network
environment.
DNS Settings
Specify the host name and domain name in order to use a DNS server.
Machine Name
Specify the machine name in order to send scans and faxes.
SMTP TX Settings
Specify the settings necessary for transmitting with SMTP.
SMTP RX Settings
Specify the settings necessary for receiving with SMTP.
POP3 Settings
Specify the settings necessary for receiving with POP3.
Scanner Settings
Specify the settings necessary for sending/receiving scanned documents.
LDAP Settings
Specify the settings necessary for performing an LDAP search.
Frame Type Set
Specify the settings necessary for connecting to the NetWare server in order
to use the printing functions.
IP Relay Settings
Specify the relay settings necessary for performing IP relay operations. This
parameter appears if the optional fax kit has been installed.
RAW Port Number Set-

The RAW port number can be changed in order to perform Port 9100 printing.

DHCP
Select whether to automatically retrieve the IP address from the DHCP server or to specify
a fixed IP address.
IP Address
Specify the IP address of the machine.
Specify only if "DHCP" is set to "IP Input".
Subnet Mask
Type in the subnet mask of the connected network.
Specify only if "DHCP" is set to "IP Input".
Gateway
Type in the gateway address of the connected network.
Specify only if "DHCP" is set to "IP Input".
Network Board Set
Select the transmission speed of the network board (LAN board). Normally, this is set to
"Auto".
Auto: The transmission speed is automatically selected by auto-negotiation.
100M-Full: The 100 Mbps, full-duplex mode is selected.
100M-Half: The 100 Mbps, half-duplex mode is selected.
10M-Full: The 10 Mbps, full-duplex mode is selected.
10M-Half: The 10 Mbps, half-duplex mode is selected.
