Specify output settings for each function.
System Settings - Date & Time Setting
Specify the date and time for the machine.

Print/Fax Output
Setting Specify the timing for printing data received with each function ("Printer" and "Fax/E-Mail").
Select whether the received data is printed in one batch after it is received, or whether it is
printed while it is being received.
Output Tray Set-
tings Select the output tray given priority for each function ("For Printer", "For Copy", "For
Fax(Port1)", "For Fax(Port2)" and "For Fax(Network)").

Year Type in the year. (Range: 2000 to 2037)
Month Type in the month.
Day Type in the day.
Hour Type in the hour.
Minute Type in the minutes.
Time Zone Select the time difference from GMT.
Daylight Saving
Time Select "Enable" or "Disable".
Select "Type A" or "Type B".
Daylight Saving
Time (Type A) Type in the starting date.
Type in the ending date.
