Item Description
Account Name Type in the account name.
Range: Up to 12 characters
Characters that can be entered: Alphanumeric characters and

Password Type in the password for logging on to the account.
Range: Up to 8 characters
Characters that can be entered: Alphanumeric characters and

Retype Password For confirmation, type in the password again.
Function Permissions Copy Select whether to allow or prohibit the account to perform copy op-
erations.
Scan/Fax Select whether to allow or prohibit the account to send data.
Print Select whether to allow or prohibit the account to print from a com-
puter.
User Box Select whether to allow or prohibit the account to save documents
in user boxes.
Output Permission Color Print Select whether to allow or prohibit the account to print in color.
Black Print Select whether to allow or prohibit the account to print in black and
white.
Color Scan Select whether to allow or prohibit the account to send data in
color.
Max. Allowance Set Color Specify the maximum number of pages that the account can print
