Registering, editing and deleting fax programs
Follow the procedure described below to register, edit or delete fax programs.

For details on registering fax programs from the control panel, refer to the User’s Guide [Network
Scan/Fax/Network Fax Operations].

Click the Fax/Scan tab.

Click "Fax Program Registration".

From the "Index" list, click the index where the fax program is to be registered.
One-touch dial buttons and fax programs that are already registered in the selected index appear at the
bottom of the page.

Click a one-touch dial button that has not yet been programmed.
– To change the information for a registered fax program, click the fax program whose information is
to be changed.
– To delete a registered fax program, select the check box for the fax program to be deleted, and then
click the [Delete] button.
The "Select Color" list appears.

Select the color mode to be registered, and then click the [Next] button.
The fax program registration page for the selected color mode appears.
