Registering, editing and deleting one-touch dial buttons
Follow the procedure described below to register, edit or delete one-touch dial buttons.

For details on registering one-touch dial buttons from the control panel, refer to the User’s Guide
[Network Scan/Fax/Network Fax Operations].

Click the Fax/Scan tab.

Click "One-Touch Key Registration".

From the "Index" list, click the index containing the one-touch dial button that is to be programmed.
– One-touch dial buttons that are already programmed in the selected index appear at the bottom of
the page.

In the "Register Index" box, type in the name of the index, and then click the [Apply] button.
– To change a registered index name, type in the new name.

To register a new one-touch dial button, click a one-touch dial button that has not yet been
programmed.
– To change the information for a registered one-touch dial button, click the one-touch dial button
whose information is to be changed.
– To delete a programmed one-touch dial button, select the check box for the one-touch dial button
to be deleted, and then click the [Delete] button.
The "Com. Mode" list appears.

Select the communication mode to be registered with the one-touch dial button, and then click the
[Next] button.
– To change the communication mode for a registered one-touch dial button, click the new
communication mode, and then click the [Next] button.
The one-touch dial settings registration page for the selected communication mode appears.
