From the Fax/Scan tab, communication setting for faxes and scan data can be specified.
One-Touch Key Registraion - Import
One-touch dial registration information can be imported into the machine.

Reminder
After one-touch dial information is imported into a device, check that the registered one-touch dial
information is correct. If the destination information is not correct, transmissions may not be sent to the
correct location.
One-Touch Key Registraion - Export
One-touch dial information registered on the machine can be backed up by saving it to a computer.

Detail
The files can be exported in the TXT or CSV format. Use the software switch settings to select the
format of the exported file. For details, refer to
"Specifying settings concerning Assistant tool for
C200 (mode 470)" on page 2-19 .
Item Description
Import Click the [Browse...] button, and then specify the one-touch dial registration file to be imported
into the machine.
After specifying the file, click the [Execute] button.
Item Description
File Format Select the file format to be used when saving one-touch dial registration information to a com-
puter.

Mode 1: Select this setting to back up recipient information in its complete format.
• Mode 2: Select this setting to edit recipient information in its complete format.
• Mode 3: Select this setting to back up recipient information in its simplified format (not in-
cluding fax program data).
• Mode 4: Select this setting to edit recipient information in its simplified format (not includ-
ing fax program data).
After specifying the file format, click the [Execute] button.
