Symptom Corrective Action
A disc you have created cannot be
played in other equipment.
Discs created using this software are recorded as computer data and can only be used on
computers.
Connection/Copy to PC
Symptom Corrective Action
If other software is already running, this
software does not start up automatically
when the unit is connected.
Other programs may prevent this software’s automatic start-up function from operating correctly
when the unit is connected to the computer.
The unit is connected but is not
displayed in the window, or recording is
not possible.
Click [Refresh]. The unit may be displayed by refreshing the drive information.
When a microSDHC memory card is
inserted, the card is not displayed.
microSDHC memory cards are only displayed when using a compatible reader/writer.
Thumbnails are not correctly displayed
on the copying window.

Thumbnails cannot be displayed for videos created using other equipment or software by
manufacturers other than Panasonic.

Motion pictures recorded with devices not compatible, or motion pictures created with other
software cannot be displayed as a thumbnail, or “?” is displayed in the thumbnail and they
cannot be played back.
Thumbnails are not displayed in the
[Copy to PC] screen.
If TMP is set to a drive other than the hard disk in the environment variable setting of the OS,
specify a folder in the hard disk that the OS is installed on.
