If you are unsure of your health status, have several health problems, or are pregnant, you
should speak with your doctor before starting a new exercise program. Working with your
doctor ahead of time is a good way to plan an exercise program that is right and safe for you.

S Note
The S Note application allows you to create memos using the keyboards, the S Pen, your finger,
or all three. You can add images, voice recordings, and text all in one place.

The first time you launch S Note, follow the prompts to choose options for your notes.

From the S Note screen, tap
to access the following options:

Use new template: Choose a template for a new S Note. This is a one-time
selection, it does not replace the default template you chose when you launched
S Note.
Settings:
• Sync account: Choose an account to sync notes with the account.
• Change default cover: Choose a cover for your notes.
• Change default template: Choose a template, to be used for all new notes.
• Add page: Choose an option for the phone to use when adding new pages to
your notes.
• Size of inserted image: Choose a size for images you insert into notes, relative
to the original size of the image.
• Location tag: When enabled, location information is stored in notes.
• Downloads: Download images to use for Background images or Idea Sketches.
• Writing sound: When enabled, a sound plays when you write on the screen with
your finger or S Pen.
• Haptic feedback: When enabled, a vibration plays when you write on the screen
with your finger or S Pen.
