Install In-Line Pump and Assemble Supply
Line
1. Place the In-Line Pump on the platform as shown.
2. Connect the upper port of the strainer basket to the union. Hand
tighten ONLY.
3. Connect two 1-1/2" (3.81 cm) Male Adapter PVC Fittings to each side
of the In-Line filter.
4. Cut two lengths 2 1/2" (10.16 cm) from 1-1/2" (3.8 cm) dia. PVC pipe.
Install one end of pipe to strainer basket union and the other end to the
1-1/2" (3.8 cm) coupling on the outlet-side of the filter.
IMPORTANT! : Install the filter with the arrow pointed in the
direction of the water flow (toward the In-Line Pump).
5. Connect the other 2-1/2"(10.16 cm) length piece of pipe to the inlet-
side of the filter and to the ball valve.
