Example 1: Event Properties Dialog Box
Step 4
In the Type column in the middle of the dialog box, click on
Description if you want to add a description of the event. Click
on Direction to choose the direction of traffic to monitor for the
selected event (the default is from initiator (I1), which is what you
want for this example).
Step 5
Still in the middle column of the Event Properties dialog box,
click on Primitive to bring up a drop-down menu that lets you
choose the type of primitive you want to wait for in this scenario
(Figure 45). In this example, it is RRDY (Normal).
Step 6
Click OK to close the Event Properties dialog box.
Step 7
In the Global Rules area, click on the prompt to add an action
(Figure 46).
Step 8
The Action Properties dialog box appears (Figure 47). In the
Type column on the left, choose the action you want to occur
when an RRDY is detected. In this example, it is the Remove
action.
Note: In SAS InFusion, a Remove primitive action is implemented by
replacing the primitive with an idle data dword.
