Mounting Straps
The most economical way to affix DTTN, DTTH, DTTL, and DT94 transducers to a pipe is by using adjustable mounting straps.
Individual straps in both 36" (915 mm) and 72" (1830 mm) are available from Dynasonics. See
Table 4
for required number
of straps. The straps can be connected together to make a continuous length. Small pipe transducer installations do not use
straps, but use an integral clamping mechanism built into the transducer.

transducers must be mounted.
Doppler transducers are mounted either opposite each other or side-by-side and considered a single transducer for
calculating the number of straps required.
