During the wireless update
process, Agent DNS Name will be
used to resolve to Agent IP
address. If Printer fails to obtain
the Agent IP address from the
Agent DNS Name, the Agent IP
Address (item number 2) will be
used as target address for printer
to connect to Avalanche Agent.

6 Printer Name (

Avalanched Enable Active is set
‘s’: Run the update process when
the printer is startup.
‘i’: Run the update process for

‘b’:Run the update process when
printer is started up and for every
Update Interval after that.
9 Update Interval Y Unsigned

The value for an Update Interval
(in minutes).
Default is 6 minutes.
When the Update Method is set to
‘i’ (for interval) or ‘b’ (for both),
Printer will contacts the Avalanche
Agent for every Update Interval
(minutes) and execute the update
software package.
10 Print Update Status
Result
Y Char Printer will print the result of the
software update process, such as
“Avalanche Upgrade Stastus:
Upgrade complete (
Update Software Package>).
‘y’: Print the status of the update
result’
‘n’: Do not printer the status of
the update result (default)
