Data format of a Held Job
The data format is displayed in two types: PS and PDF. To use each data format, an option is
necessary. Please consult with your Xerox customer service representative for the option.
Release a Held Job
Select [Release] after selecting a job in the job list will release the job from the held state.
The released job is subject to job scheduling.
Priority Process of a Held Job
Select a job from the job list and select Priority Process to process the job with higher priority.
The priority of a held job is set to 0.
Move a Held Job
Select a job from the job list and select [Move] to display the screen for selecting the job
destination. Touch the display portion of the destination queue name. A pull-down menu
appears. Select the desired destination from the menu, and select [OK] to set the destination.
Select [Cancel] to cancel the selection of destination.
