Job Status and Reason
This section describes the job status and reason displayed in the job list.
Job Status
The job status for each tab is explained here.
The job status varies with the tab menu of the Job Management menu.
Active Job tab
Job status display Explanation
Waiting for Job Registration The job is waiting for registration.
Registering Job The job is being registered.
Receiving Data Data is being received from the input device.
Data Reception Completed Data reception from the input device is completed.
Editing Job editing has started. Printing is not executed.
Editing Completed Job editing has been completed.
Outputting Job output has been started. Printing has not been started.
Output Completed Whole job has been edited and output. Printing has not been
started.
Ready for Printing Preparation for job printing has been completed. Printing has not
been started.
Printing Job data printing has started.
Transfer Completed Whole job printing has been completed to the transfer step.
Fault A fault like paper jam requiring printer recovery occurred during
job printing.
Holding The job is being held.
Deleting The job is being deleted.
Canceling The job is being canceled.
