Resource list
The following are the contents and functions of the resource list.
• File Name: File names, within 31 characters each, are displayed.
• Type: The file types are displayed. Displayed types are forms, pre-printed form, and pint
mark.
• Size: The file size in number of bytes is displayed.
• Last Update Date...: The update and time recorded in the file label are displayed.
• Access Mode: The file access mode is displayed as read/write, or read only.
System Resource Stock Set
The following stock set options can be set when the System Directory is selected.
• Creating a new stock set
• Copying a stock set
• Deleting a stock set
• Renaming a stock set
• Backing up a stock set
• Restoring a stock set
Select Stock Set to display the stock set operating buttons.
A stock set means one resource group. If a resource set name to be used for queue setting is set,
the file to be used for each job can be changed even when the resource name is the same.
Operating buttons
The following lists the contents and functions of the operating buttons:
• New: Creates a new stock set.
• Copy: Copies the stock set imposition file to another stock set.
• Delete: Deletes all stock sets and registered paper.
• Rename: Renames the stock set name.
• Backup: Backs up the stock set.
• Restore: Restores the stock set.
