New Queue Color Settings
The Color setting option allows you to set a scheme of color printing for jobs registered in this
queue.After specifying the Imposition File in Paper Setting, you are returned to this tab. The
Color window will display similar to one of the following windows, depending on if you are
viewing from the PC-GUI or the Printer GUI.
Print Characteristics
•
Print Type: The output mode is displayed. It cannot be modified.
•
Color Resource Set: The color resource set can be selected. Specify this even for
monochrome printing.
•
Convert CMYK/RGB Black to K: Available for PS/PDF. You can select whether or not to map
the black in an input color space directly to the black in an output color space.
•
Black Overprint: Available for PS/PDF. You can select whether or not to map the black in an
input color space directly to the black in an output color space.
If set to Enable, Convert CMYK/RGB Black to K is enabled.
