Job information
The job information displays the setting items on each tab menu.
Properties tab for a Held Job
The display format of the held job Properties tab is as follows.
• Job Name: The document name is displayed in within 128 bytes. The file name is set in
case of input by connecting the FTP/LPR server.
• Data Format: The data format is displayed. PS/PDF
• Priority: The priority set for the job is displayed. This priority is applied to the job output
order control. The priority is 0 to 100, with 0 as the top priority.
• Release Job: If automatic job release is set, the set value is displayed. If manually held, job
• Delete Job After Printing: The processing to be performed after printing is displayed.
• Job Status: The current job status is displayed. The reason (detailed information) is
displayed in parentheses.
Change name of held job
The document name of a held job can be changed. Select [Document Name], and the virtual
keyboard appears. Key in up to 128 characters as the document name. All characters displayed
on the virtual keyboard can be used except for a space.
Changing priority of held job
The priority of a held job can be changed.
Select the priority number to display the virtual keyboard.
A value between 0 and 100 may be set as the priority.
