Job status display Explanation
Data Reception Completed The printer is held by using the holding operation or by automatic
holding function set in queue, with data reception from the input
device completed.
Editing Completed The printer is held by using the holding operation or by the
automatic holding function set in queue after completing job
editing. This occurs only when the output process mode is set to
spooling.
Job status display Explanation
Printing Completed Printing of the job is completed.
Job status display Explanation
Waiting for Job Registration The job is waiting for registration.
Registering Job The job is being registered.
Receiving Data Data is being received from the input device.
Data Reception Completed Data reception from the input device is completed.
Editing Job editing has started. Printing has not been started.
Editing Completed Job editing has been completed.
Ready for Printing Preparation for job editing has been completed, but printing has
not been started.
Outputting Job output has started, but printing has not been started.
Transfer Completed All job printing has been completed to the transfer step.
Output Completed Whole job has been edited and output. Printing has not been
started.
Printing Job data printing has been started.
Printing Completed Whole job printing has been completed.
