Status display
The printer status and message are displayed.
Status color Meaning
INITIALIZING Gray Initializing the machine.
PREPARING PRINTER Gray The machine is getting ready.
SHUTTING DOWN... Gray Shutting down the printer system.
NOT READY Yellow Printing is paused.
ERROR Red
(blink) An error occurred in the machine. Depending on the
error, it may be required to clear the error with Reset
and then select Start to start printing.
Red The error occurring in the machine requires operator
interaction such as clearing paper jams.
SYSTEM ERROR Red
(blink) An error occurred inside the machine.
This error cannot be cleared with the Reset option.
SYSTEM DOWN Red
(blink) An error occurred inside the controller.
READY Green The machine can start printing.
PRINTING Blue Printing.
STOPPING PRINTING Blue The machine is stopping printing.
EJECTING Blue As the Eject button has been pressed, the machine is
ejecting paper.
AUTO LOADING Blue Auto loading.
TEST PRINTING Blue Test printing.
MAINTENANCE Gray The machine is in Maintenance mode.
FEEDING Gray Feeding.
CLEANING Gray Cleaning inside the printer.
PRINTING FOR ADJUSTMENT Gray Adjusting the printing.
RESETTING Gray Resetting.
PRINTER POST PROCESSING Gray Performing post-processing on the print.
