Print Range for a Held Job
The Print Range tab displays similar to the following:
Print Range: The output information of the page specified in the job is displayed. The page
range can be designated by sheet, physical page and logical page. Up to ten types of
information can be specified.
Select All: Select this option to select all pages.
Select Pages: Select this option to specify the print range information. If none of the job set
with the print range is output, the job is held.
Logical Page: The print range is set in logical page units.
Physical Page: The print range is set in physical page units.
Sheet: The print range is set in sheet units.
Setting the print range
To set the print range, select [Select Pages].
Select the setting unit from Logical Page, Physical Page, and Sheet by selecting the respective
button. When the Print Range numerical display area is touched, the virtual ten-key pad
appears to enable numeric input.
