Active Job Cancel
To cancel an active job, select the job from the job list and select [Cancel]. The job is canceled
when [OK] is pressed on the confirmation screen. To cancel the operation, select [Cancel] on the
confirmation screen.
Jobs with the following status can be cancelled:
• Receiving Data
• Editing
• Outputting
• Output Completed
• Ready for Printing
• Printing
• Transfer Completed
• Fault
The job in progress can be cancelled. If the job is being printed, the printer stops temporarily. In
this case, the job is deleted regardless of the post-processing instruction of the job.
The reason for the cancelled job becomes Canceled by Operator.
To delete jobs in IPDS data format, IPDS online net input must be stopped in the Gateway
settings.
Canceling Active Job during printing
When canceling jobs under Active Job during printing processing, the following popup message
appears.
• OK: Quits the job for which printing is in progress and cancels the selected job.
• Cancel: Quits the cancel operation.
