Held Job properties
This section explains how to display the detailed information (properties) of the held job.
Select a job from the job list, and select [Properties] to display the held job Properties screen.
This display appears also when a job in the job list is pressed twice.
Operating buttons
The types and functions of operating buttons are as follows.
• Previous: Displays the information on the job above the currently displayed ones in the
active job list. This button is grayed out (disabled) when there is no corresponding job.
• Next: Displays the information on the job next to the currently displayed ones in the active
job list. This button is grayed out (disabled) when there is no corresponding job.
• OK: Reflects the changes made and closes the Properties screen.
• Apply: Reflects the changes made without closing the Properties screen.
• Close: Closes the Properties screen without reflecting the set contents.
Tab Menus
The following tab menus can be selected.
• Properties
• I/O Process
• Paper Setting
• Color
• Print Range
• Job Info
• Data format
The job data format is displayed.
There are two data formats.
• PS (PostScript format): The PostScript option is necessary.
• PDF (Portable Document Format): The PostScript option is necessary.
