Deleting an agent

Press ≤·°‹.
Enter the Call Center Administrator Mailbox number and password,
and then press OK.

Press OTHR.

Press CC.

Press AGENT.

Press DEL.

Enter the agent’s ID number and press OK
or
press DIR to search the directory.

The agent’s name is displayed.
Press DEL.

The display shows the agent is deleted.

9

Press ® to end the session.
