Appendix E — Replacing the Fuse
Always turn off the Scanner and unplug it prior to replacing the fuse.
Follow these instructions to replace the fuse when it has blown, or when
moving the Scanner from one electrical service to another.
NOTE: Contact Kodak if you replace the fuse because it has blown, and it
immediately blows again.
1. Turn off your computer.
2. Verify that the power switch on the back of the Scanner is in the off
(O) position by pressing the O end of the power switch.

3. Unplug the power cable from the plug outlet cavity on the back of the
Scanner.
