5. Click Upload.
The service processor Upgrade wizard copies the selected file into the SP's DRAM
and then verifies that the copy procedure was successful. This takes about one
minute with a fast network connection.
The system displays a confirmation dialog box.
Note – A network failure during the file upload will result in a time-out and the SP
will reboot with the prior version of the SP firmware.
6. In the dialog box, click OK.
7. In the Verify Firmware Image page, you can check to perform a Complete Flash as
well as Preserve Configuration.
■ Upgradable Modules – Select this to upgrade the firmware image and BIOS.
■ Preserve Configuration – Select this to upgrade the firmware as well as retain your
original SP configuration.
8. Click the Start Update button, or click Cancel to stop the update.
