This group includes parameters for the configuration of the spanning tree
parameters per Cajun P120 port. The table below displays the parameters, a
description of the parameters, the default values, and the valid range of values.

The syntax for this command is:

set|show sta-port

If you do not enter a port#, all ports will be displayed.

PORT-PRIO

This is the priority (hexadecimal value) of the port used in
determining its state.

PATH-COST

This is the path cost of the port used in determining its state.
Faster ports should be set with a lower path cost. We
recommend a path cost of 4 for Gigabit ports, 19 (Decimal) for
100M ports, and 100 for 10M ports.

TOP-CHG

Determines whether changes in this link will or will not cause
a topology change. Ports with end-stations connected to them
should be set to disable (dis) to prevent changes in the state of
the end-station (such as powering off the PC) from generating
a topology change. Ports with all devices, other than end-
stations, connected to them should be set to Enable (ena;
default).
