Saving and Exiting
After changing all the necessary parameters using the CLI, use the
write
command to save your system configuration. If you receive any error messages,
your configuration has not been saved. You must correct the errors and re-issue the
write
command.
Notification of write errors is presented in a two column display:
•
The left column contains the parameter values that you set in this session and
need to be changed.
•
The right column contains the parameter values currently saved in the
Cajun P120.
Wait 15 seconds for confirmation of the write process. Then exit Privileged level by
typing
exit
at the prompt. For example,
CajunP120-priv#
exit
.
The cursor changes to
CajunP120>
to indicate that you are in Normal level.
Verify that all the parameters were accurately saved by using the
show all
or
show all list
command.
The Cajun P120 is now ready for cabling and operation. You may exit your CLI
session.
