6.9 Gain Adjustment of Analog Monitor Output (Fn00D)
This function is used to manually adjust the gains for the analog monitor outputs (force reference monitor out-
put and motor moving speed monitor output). The gain values are factory-set before shipping. Therefore, the
user need not usually use this function.
(1) Adjustment Example
An example of gain adjustment to the motor moving speed monitor is shown below.
The gain adjustment range is made with a 100% output set as a center value (adjustment range: 50% to 150%).
The following is a setting example.
−125> 100% + ( −125 × 0.4) = 50% Therefore, the monitor output voltage is 0.5 time as high. × 0.4) =150% Therefore, the monitor output voltage is 1.5 times as high. Note: The adjustment value will not be initialized when parameter settings are initialized using Fn005. (2) Preparation The following condition must be met to adjust the gain of the analog monitor output. • The write prohibited setting parameter (Fn010) must be set to Write permitted (P.0000).
