&C – Set DCD signal
Description:
This commands controls the Data Carrier Detect (DCD) signal.
Syntax:

AT&C0 OK DCD always on
AT&C1 OK DCD matches state of
the remote modem’s
data carrier
&D – Set DTR signal
Description:
This commands controls the Data Terminal Ready (DTR) signal.
Syntax:
AT&D
Command example Possible responses Note
AT&D0 OK The DTR signal is ignored
AT&D1 OK Modem switches from
data to command mode
when DTR switches from
ON to OFF
AT&D2 OK Upon DTR switch from
ON to OFF, the call
is released
