+ICF – DTE-DCE character framing
Description:
This command is used to determine the local serial port start-stop (asynchronous)
character framing that the DCE uses.
Syntax:

0: Autodetect (not supported)
1: 8 Data 2 Stop (supported)
2: 8 Data 1 Parity 1 Stop (supported)
3: 8 Data 1 Stop (supported)
4: 7 Data 2 Stop (supported)
5: 7 Data 1 Parity 1 Stop (supported)
6: 7 Data 1 Stop (supported)
0: Odd (supported)
1: Even (supported)
2: Mark (supported)
3: Space (supported)
4: None (supported)
NOTE 1: setting a character framing different from 8N1 will disable autobauding
(in the case it was activated). However setting it back to 8N1 will not
re-enable autobaud.
NOTE 2: setting the framing to 8N1 will let the autobauding enabled, if it was already
enabled (implying framing was already 8N1).
