or equal to 20.0 MHz, then this ERF shall be
evenly divisible by 8000.
3.
If the EXT REF Frequency (ERF) (p26) is
greater than 20.0 MHz, then this ERF shall be
32.064, 34, 368, 44.736, or 51.840 MHz.
p26 = nnnnn.n, external reference frequency in kHz.
