states: 0=OFF, 1=ON Tx only, 2=ON Tx & Rx
AOF=Attenuator Offset in dB
AFR= auto fault recovery, 0=manual, 1=auto

Sets or returns Redundancy Online status in the form x, where:
0 = Offline
1 = Online
