Option 30 Pad data to left or right with the
specified character.
Syntax R,30,L/R,"character"

L/R L = Pad field on left side
R = Pad field on right side.
"character" Pad character (must be printable).
Enclose it in double quotes.

Do not use on fixed length fields.
•
Do not use the following characters: ‘, ~, \, ", _.
Example R,30,L,"X"
p
If a variable length field is not completely filled
with batch data, this option fills in the remaining
positions in the field with the character X.
