S YSTEM A LARM , M OMENTARY P ROBE F AILURE
Description: Enables or disables the alarm for momentary probe
failure.
The alarm will sound if a probe does not respond for a
short time but then recovers proper operation.
Syntax: SALM,x
Parameters: Alarm status (x):
• 0 = alarm off
• 1 = alarm on
Example: To enable the momentary probe failure alarm:
SALM,1
The FM5004 will return:
SALM,1
S OFTWARE D ATE
Description: Returns the revision date for the FM5004 software.
Syntax: DATE
Parameters: None
Example: To check the date of the FM5004 software:
DATE?
The FM5004 will return:
DATE,JAN 1 2000
