A LARM L ATCH
Description: Sets or clears the FM5004 alarm latches.
There is a separate alarm latch for each of the three
alarms: line 1 alarm, line 2 alarm, and 4-probe/3-axis
alarm
Syntax: ALAT,m,x
Parameters: Alarm mode (m):
• 0 = 4-probe/3-axis alarm latch
• 1 = line 1 alarm latch
• 2 = line 2 alarm latch
Numeric value (x):
• 0 = latch disabled (clear)
• 1 = latch enabled (set)
Example: • To set the line 1 alarm latch:
ALAT,1,1
• To verify the latch status:
ALAT,1?
• If the latch is set, the FM5004 will return:
ALAT,1,1
