Be sure that the bus is terminated at the last device in the chain.

Make sure that the SCSI cable between the host adapter and the library is secure and the connections are fastened correctly.
Connecting to Fibre Drives
Each drive module in a fibre library has one duplex FC (Fibre Channel) connector on the back panel. Typically, you connect the FC cable from this connector to
an FC switch. If your library has two drives, connect FC cables to each drive and connect each drive to the switch. Install an FC HBA (host bus adapter) in the
host, and connect it to the switch as well. Refer to the manual that came with your host bus adapter for specific directions. Check for the proper size connector
on the drive module and FC switch before purchasing cables.
Follow the procedure below to cable fibre drives.
1.
Connect the FC cable(s) to the connector(s) on the rear of the drive(s).

Connect the switch to the FC HBA card in the host computer.
Connecting the Power Cable
NOTICE:
Ensure that you are using the proper terminator for your type of SCSI device.
NOTE:
The library SCSI interface is shared with the drive SCSI connection.
