 Evaluation type. Magnitude (analog) or state (discrete).
 Threshold. This is the value at which to trigger a setpoint action.
 Hysteresis. This is the dead-band around the threshold.
 Assert Delay. This is the amount of time to wait before triggering a setpoint action
after satisfying the setpoint test condition.
 De-assert Delay. This is the amount of time to wait before releasing a setpoint
action after a setpoint condition is no longer satisfied.

This relates setpoints to output actions for the 1426 PowerMonitor 5000 unit.

Logic Gate
Logical functions can be one of the following: AND, NAND, OR, NOR, XOR,
XNOR.
Each defined input setpoint can be inverted.
