Recepient fax numbers can be specified more easily by registering
the recipient’s fax number to the Address Book, Group destina-
tions, or Program destinations. For details on Address Book, Group
destinations, and Program destinations, refer to “Utility mode” on
page 10-2.

Entered destinations are displayed in the Broadcast Destinations list in
the left panel of the screen.

Press [Start] key.

The following screen is displayed when the TX Result Report Check
screen is set to display. The TX Result Report is printed by touching
[Yes].

When the Destination Check Display Function function is set, the
Destination Settings screen is displayed. Confirm that the destina-
tion is correct and touch [Send]. For details, refer to the “Sending
the fax after reconfirming the destination (Destination Check Dis-
play Function)” on page 6-59.

To abort tranmission of a fax, press [Stop] key.

For details on situations in where you are unable to send a fax, refer
to “Fax cannot be sent” on page 4-2.

If the fax could not be sent, a TX Result Report is printed (when the
machine has been set to print a TX Result Report). And, it can be
set such that the TX Result Report Check screen is displayed so as
to enable the selection of whether or not to output the transmission
result report for every transmission. For details on report printing
procedures, refer to the “Specifying the printing methods for report
(Report Setting)” on page 10-92.

page 11-10.

Scanning of the original begins, and the original is sent.
