6.3 Sending the fax after emphasizing the character edg-
es (Sharpness)
Sharpness
Sharpness is the function that adjusts the intensity of the edges. When the
text in the original is blurred, the clarity of the text can be increased by ad-
justing the sharpness with “+”. Moreover, the sharpness can be decreased
with “-”.

Can be used in both original glass and ADF.

Press [Fax/Scan] key to display the Fax/Scan screen.

Load the original.
