10.12 Specifying stamp printing specifications (Stamp Set-
tings)
This setting is specified to use the Annotation function and Stamp/Compo-
sition functions at the time of fax transmission.

Fax TX Settings: Cancel*/ Do Not Cancel

Cancel: The fax transmission source is sent without the stamp setting ap-
plied.
- Do Not Cancel: The fax transmission source is sent with the stamp set-
ting applied.
* is a default value at the time of procurement.
Specifying stamp settings

Display the Administrator Settings screen as described in “Displaying
Administrator Settings screen” on page 10-4.

Touch [System Settings].
– Some items may not be displayed according to setting options.
– In the Utility mode, the number displayed on button can be entered
and selected with the keypad. For [System Settings], enter [1] with
the keypad.
