Pair status definitions

The status names are slightly different in the new RWC GUI than in the previous GUI version
showing in the secondary window. The following table shows the new and previous status names.

Statuses required for pair operations
To perform a pair operation, the pair must have a specific status. The following table shows the
RAID Manager pair operations and the required statuses to complete the pair operation.

Monitoring pair volume details
You can review more details for a pair and pair-volumes than are available on the Pair Operation
window. This includes volume capacity, related pool ID, pool usage, and so on.
Procedure 2 To check pair and volume details
1.
In RWC, click Actions > Local Replications > BC/SS > Pair Operation.
2.
In the Pair Operation window, select the desired SS pair on the Volume list, right-click and
select Detail.
