6. If the spraygun tips start to become plugged or
some other restriction occurs, causing the actual
flow to fall significantly below the targeted flow rate,
the operators can again trigger both handguns,
push and hold the feather set pushbutton (until
the target flow rate is achieved) then release the
feather set pushbutton, and a new (higher) feather
set pressure will be recorded.
Once again, the master channel feather pressure
PID parameters may have to be adjusted to control
how fast the pumps respond to a change in flow.
This directly effects how close to the target feather
pressure the actual outlet pressure is maintained.
