Troubleshooting
In case of trouble check the table below before taking you
camera to be repaired.
Problem
The icon blinks
on the LCD panel.
The icon is
not displayed on
the LCD panel.
The shutter does
not release.
The camera does
not work even after
new batteries have
been installed.
The photographs
are blurred.
The entire picture
appears cloudy.
Cause
• The batteries are
expired.
• No battery is loaded.
• The battries are
inserted with the
wrong polarities.
• The batteries have
completely expired.
• The power is turned
off.
• The batteries are
expired.
• A rewound film is
loaded in the camera.
• The film is not
loaded properly.
• Due to the
characteristics of the
batteries.
• When the shutter
was released, the
AF emitter/sensor
were blocked.
• In self-timer mode,
you stood
immediately in front
of the camera when
pressing the shutter
button.
• The camera moved
when the shutter
button was pressed
(camera shake).
• The lens is dirty.
Remedy
• Replace the new
batteries.
• Load the batteries.
• Reinsert the
batteries correctly.
• Replace the new
batteries.
• Turn the power on.
• Replace the new
batteries.
• Remove the film
and load a new one.
• Reload the film.
• Remove the
batteries, then insert
them again after
about 10 minutes
have elapsed.
• Ensure that the AF
emitter/sensor are
not blocked by
hair, fingers, etc.
• Make sure you do
not stand
immediately in
front of the camera
when pressing the
shutter button.
• Press the shutter
button slowly and
gently.
• Wipe the lens with
a lens cloth.
