Field Description

Keywords
Keywords that can be selected from a keyword grid or
dictionary file. Refer to section ‘Assigning Keywords to a
Media’ in part 2 of the user manual.
Playlist Type
Type of playlist in relation with the Fill and Key function.
The possible values are “Normal”, “Fill”, and “Key”.
Refer to section 2.3 ‘Fill and Key Playlists’ on page 150 for
more information.
Note
If the playlist is created from a panel associated
to a Fill (or Key channel), the Fill (or Key) type
is automatically selected.
Send to
Provides a submenu with the list of possible destinations to
which the selected playlist can be sent.
Possible destinations, depending on the XNet network, are:
•
the user’s default bin
•
a default archive target
•
any target destination visible on the GigE network that has
been defined, such as CleanEdit targets, Avid, targets,
Final Cut Pro targets, File targets.
Select the check boxes corresponding to the requested
destinations.
This action is also possible later on from the Send to option
in the contextual menu of the Database Explorer or Control
Panel.
Publish to
User groups to which the playlist can be published, i.e. made
available.
Select the user groups to which the playlists should be
published.
Set as default
playlist
checkbox
When the checkbox is ticked, the new playlist is defined as
the default playlist.
The Clip Metadata pane contains the following fields:

Current Profile
Drop-down list in which the users can select a
Metadata profile other than the current one, if they
have appropriate user rights. The selected profile
will be applied to the new playlist.
By default, the default playlist profile specified in the
