Save the VI as
Get Operator Info.vi
in the
BridgeVIEW\
Activity
directory.

Now you can customize the VI with the VI setup options to make it
look like a dialog box.

Pop up on the icon and select VI Setup. Configure the Execution
Options as shown in the following illustration.
