Command Register 4
Command Register 4 contains 16 bits that control the AT-MIO-16X
board clock selection, serial DAC link over the RTSI bus, DAC mode
selection, and miscellaneous configuration bits.
Bits 8-15 of this register are cleared upon power up or following a reset
condition. Bits 0-7 of this register are undefined upon power up and are
not cleared after a reset condition. These bits should be initialized
through software.

CLKMODEB<1..0>
Clock Mode Select—These bits control
the selection ofo the board clock and
RTSI bus clock. Upon power up,
CLKMODEB1 and CLKMODEB0 are
cleared. In this condition, the board is
configured for internal, 10-MHz
operation. For other available modes see
Table 4-5 for bit patterns.
